The Crystal can accommodate gatherings of up to 100 guests. Capacity and layout may vary depending on your event style, seating needs and overall vision.

Your rental includes access to The Gathering, our main event space; The Salon, a private changing and preparation space; The Library, an intimate lounge or ready room; and The Pantry, our catering finishing and staging kitchen.

Yes. The Crystal is a beautiful setting for intimate wedding celebrations, receptions, rehearsal dinners and other wedding-weekend gatherings. Our flexible spaces allow each celebration to feel personal rather than packaged.

Venue rental includes tables and chairs for up to 75 guests, basic black or ivory linens, an onsite venue attendant, and pre- and post-event cleaning. Additional enhancements and services can be arranged based on your event needs.

The Crystal maintains a preferred vendor list for catering, entertainment, florals, decor and other event services. Outside vendors may also be considered and are subject to advance approval by The Crystal. We're happy to work with you to create the right team for your event.

Absolutely. The Crystal was intentionally designed as an elevated, flexible backdrop that can take on the personality of your event. Decor is welcome within our venue guidelines, giving you plenty of room to make the space your own.

Yes. Curated by YES, The Crystal offers access to experienced event planning, design and production services for clients who would like additional support. From thoughtful details to complete event coordination, services can be customized to your needs.

Event access typically begins two hours prior to your event start time. We understand every gathering is different, so we'll work with you in advance to determine the appropriate setup timeline based on your event needs.

The Crystal offers a selection of preferred and approved caterers for you to choose from. If you have a caterer in mind who is not currently on our list, we'd be happy to connect with them and explore adding them as an approved vendor for your event. The Pantry is available for catering finishing, staging and storage and is not intended for full commercial food preparation.

Yes. Alcohol may be served at The Crystal and must be purchased and provided through one of our approved exclusive beverage providers. Available beverage options may vary by provider, from beer and wine service to full bar experiences. We'll help you select the option that best complements your event.

Venue pricing varies based on the date, event details and rental needs. Share a little about your celebration with us, and we'll provide availability and pricing tailored to your event.

The Crystal is located in the heart of downtown Galveston, where street parking is available throughout the surrounding area and is free after 6:00 PM. For select events, use of the adjacent Moody Bank parking lot may also be available with advance approval. We'll be happy to discuss parking options with you as part of your event planning.

Of course. We believe the best way to envision your event is to experience The Crystal in person. Private tours are available by appointment, and we'd be delighted to show you the space and talk through what you have in mind.
