We're curating a limited collection of local boutiques and specialty businesses for our inaugural Christmas at The Crystal — an elevated holiday shopping experience in downtown Galveston. We invite you to apply for consideration. Please complete the application below and upload photographs of the merchandise you plan to showcase.

Participation is by approval only. No payment is required to apply.

Participation guidelines

Event hours

Friday and Saturday, November 27–28, 2026, from 12–8 PM daily. Participation is required both days.

Setup

Boutique setup may begin as early as 10 AM each day. All displays must be completed and ready for guests by noon. Overnight arrangements will be communicated in advance.

Freestanding displays

All racks, signage, decorations, shelving, and merchandising displays must be freestanding. Nothing may be attached, taped, nailed, hung, or otherwise affixed to walls, ceilings, columns, doors, or architectural surfaces.

Assigned space

All merchandise and fixtures must remain within the approved footprint. Aisles, doorways, and exits must remain unobstructed.

Presentation

Boutique displays should complement the elevated atmosphere of The Crystal. Only approved merchandise categories may be sold.

Operations

Each boutique manages its own sales, applicable taxes, staffing, merchandise security, and cleanup. No open flames or unapproved heating equipment.

Payment

Approved applicants will receive a Square payment link. Full payment is due within 48 hours of acceptance to secure the space. Participation fees are nonrefundable unless The Crystal cancels the event.
